Our Dry Aged Ribeye tastes just like you are eating a delicious stake with pepper and garlic notes that will blow your mind! Pair our Dry Aged Ribeye with nearly any red wine, particularly a Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot.
Our Spicy Calabrese incorporates flavors that you might find in some of the most delicious Calabrian sausage meats in the world. It's slightly spicy, tangy and tastes like it's aged to perfection. Received the Dark Chocolate Chips as a gift. I used them with an Alexander Valley "Silver Oak" and the chips were stunning! It really is about an appropriate wine pairing as they didn't do as well with a Brunello. I see they have some flavors that pair better with Sangiovese grapes, so I'll be purchasing those and more of the Dark Chocolate chips for my home and for gifts.
