I visited a farm market today that also sold local wines and cheeses. I saw a can of these interesting chips. The 1oz can was $6, which I felt was steep, but if they were as wonderful as the can said they were, I was willing to go for it! Inside the can was a tiny, shiny gold bag with a handful of chips inside it. Quite honestly, they tasted like rancid oil. I was super bummed and even considered taking them back inside to return them, but it was a farmers market and they’re just trying to make a living - I’ll eat the $6 bucks, not the chips. Not a fan, I’m sorry. I wish I was.

I am in two different wine clubs. I hosted 36 people recently and these chips were a big hit with the wines we were sharing. They are sturdy and would be good for dips but then you risk losing the blue cheese flavor
